We sell premium giant teddy bears and plush gifts. We make every effort to display product colours, sizes and details as accurately as possible. Product images are for illustration; slight variations in colour or measurement may occur. All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. We will send you an order confirmation by email. A binding contract is formed once we confirm dispatch of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where an item is out of stock, where there is a pricing error, or where we suspect fraudulent activity.

We deliver across the United Kingdom. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–7 business days (a total estimated delivery time of 3–9 business days). You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, and we cover the cost of return shipping. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days of us receiving the item. Full conditions are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at support@nesema.shop and we will do our best to stop the order. Once an order has shipped, our Return & Refund Policy applies.
